3. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

4. No excessive speed this is not a race track and never will be....

5. Always be polite and mannerful.....

6. No riding at night alone or without a headlight.

7. At no time is TRAILS OUTBACK  or its Owners, Co-owners, Partners, or Staff liable or responsible for any injuries or any charges pertaining to property damages, injuries, or deaths so be safe and ride at your own risk.

8. No fires in non designated areas and no flames exceeding 2 feet in any designated fire area.

9. No trash is to be left behind. (None...)

10. Have fun, be safe, and keep your tickets with you at all times.

11. You must cooperate with all Trails Outback Staff or Security in a polite and courteous manner.
